Appointment Booking Terms & Consent

Please read and accept the terms below before continuing to our booking system.

By booking this appointment, I understand and agree to the following:

Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 2 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur the full appointment fee.

Arriving on Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or, unfortunately, the need to reschedule with the full fee still applying.

Appointments

  • Please book an appropriate time slot for your child.
  • Longer appointments are recommended if your child is nervous, wiggly, or doesn’t enjoy haircuts.
  • A “restyle” (e.g., long to short hair) requires extra time — please select the correct appointment slot. If insufficient time has been booked, we may need to reschedule the appointment.

Car Seats

  • During busy periods, children may not always be able to choose their preferred car seat.
  • Stylists have designated workstations and may not be able to move between stations during busy periods. This means we cannot always guarantee your preferred car seat during peak times.
